I’m actually nearing a point in the main story that I recall bouncing off of when I first was playing BnS NEO Divine Gems more casually. I mostly recall this because I got to the scene where my character first uses the Dragon Pulses to windwalk, which featured some of the cooler cinematography from the game’s engine and easily one of this MMO’s finest pieces of music. So as you can tell, smashing the “F” key to get through the cutscenes and get into the combat has been the modus operandi, and it’s been very successful in reinvigorating my time in-game.
So then that kind of begs the question once more of what NEO is really bringing to the table for those who have been here before. More and more this game is feeling like the best option for those who have never played BandS at all instead of some way to relive the game.
Most of that comes from the fact that gearing up and improving skills continues to feel streamlined, which is most definitely a good thing considering what I recall about the gearing system in this MMORPG. I don’t think I’ve really dug in to all of the hard granular details here, but the UI surrounding gear, soul shards, and accessories just feels… better. Or at least an improvement over the original.
I’ll also point out that a lot of my time in game has indeed been solo as I run through the figurative and sometimes literal tunnels of the game’s leveling path. The only time that I really interacted with others was when one of the side quests commanded me to kill a zone boss. And I’m using the term “interaction” very lightly here; it was less like a coordinated effort and more like a curb stomping of some poor frog creature.
Still, I am having a pretty good time thanks to the Assassin. And I’m glad that I’m starting to enter new-to-me territory in the BnS NEO Classic Divine Gems for sale game’s move through the levels. But then that does prsent a problem for this column in that I’m not really sure what poll choices to offer. This was an expected outcome, of course – it’s the issue that I often run in to when themepark MMOs are the month’s game – but this one feels particularly gnarly. Especially since there are two more weeks left in this month to push through.

The hope is that when we're done filling and testing and iterating, players feel like they can trade a number of items. But also, that lots of things they are wearing have come out of their exploits. Their own kills.
"we would like to prevent that which we've seen in other games, such as my adventures occasionally in Diablo 4," Luis continues. "Depending on how you play or what fortune you have, there are times when you might be wearing head to toe gear that never dropped for you, it was fully bartered for. We want to be certain we are accountable for these knobs. I feel pretty great that our balance team can fix those knobs accordingly too, but it is still early days so that I can't tell you which items go in which bucket."

This boss drops a consumable item that adds 30 Spirit to your maximum capacity. To identify which bosses reward Spirit bonuses, hover over the World Map icons for bosses marked with a "+" sign. These indicators signify that defeating the boss will reward a consumable Spirit bonus. Defeating bosses for Spirit upgrades is the most reliable method for increasing your Max Spirit early in the POE 2 Currency Orbs game. Ensure you tackle all the marked bosses as you progress through Acts to keep your Spirit pool competitive with your build's needs.
Certain gear in Path of Exile 2 provides bonuses to Max Spirit, with Sceptres being a standout option. Wielding a Sceptre grants a significant 100 Spirit bonus, making it an invaluable choice for builds reliant on permanent minion summons or self-buffs. Additionally, some other gear pieces come with Spirit-enhancing modifiers, indicated by a "+x Spirit" stat. However, these modifiers are relatively rare compared to the Sceptre bonus.
For players running Minion Witch builds or other Spirit-heavy setups, equipping a Sceptre early on can make a dramatic difference in your resource pool. While other weapons may eventually offer greater versatility or damage, Sceptres remain a cornerstone for Spirit-dependent builds.
Skill Points and Ascendancy nodes provide another method to increase Spirit or improve your Spirit efficiency. Many Passive Skill Nodes offer Spirit-related benefits, such as increased Max Spirit or reduced Spirit Reservation for abilities. Ascendancy Nodes can provide additional enhancements tailored to specific builds. For example, the Infernalist Witch Ascendancy node "Beidat's Will" scales Spirit with your Max Life, creating a synergy between your health pool and Spirit capacity. As you level up, prioritize these nodes if Spirit is a cheap POE 2 Exalted Orbs critical component of your build. A balanced allocation of resources between Life, Mana, and Spirit ensures your character is well-prepared for both offense and defense.
